Instead of drilling students with worksheets and rote memorization, I would like to “gamify” remediation. Research shows that when we use game elements in a non-game context, students are more engaged and more motivated. I have included a variety of items in this request. The different dice will be used to create my own games that I can tailor to the needs of my students. I included operations dice, number dice, and fraction dice to ensure that all mathematical foundations are covered. There are also spinner and two-color counters that I will use to gamify review activities.
